Adding Deformers and 2-point Constraint to rig

Let's hop on the topic, last week I showed you how complex node structure looks. That was just a simple connection of body parts that didn't have anything that could make it movable 😐. Also, tricking the line art joints with autopatch node and my decision to make 3 boned-finger rig 🤦‍♂️ (usually it's not done because it can make the rig complex), somehow I created it and looks good in front view 🥲. Same with lower body structure.


Well, I thought the rig would be completed by this week but after knowing the complexity of adding deformers and 2-point constraint was enough to burn out a whole week 😮‍💨. Deformers are just thing that makes the object change its shape into anything. There are many types of deformers like Bone, Curve, Envelope, and free form 😶. And, I chose an envelope deformer that can add points all over the part so that it can be changed to another shape (some parts needed to be done manually, that's it took 2 days [3-1/2 hours each]), it's just like clay but in 2D 👀. And other things which I tested yesterday, 🤧 2-point constraint. This thing is like bone joints and helps the rig to move with the logic of inverse Kinematics 🤐. It took 2 days (3-4 hours each) to understand it, I mean I was not able to understand the docs because I had rigged it differently (added too many controllers which confused me about where to put this 2-point constraint system). Now I have to add this to other parts... Whooh... too much pain 😖.

Well, in another way I feel excited that I'm getting closer to finishing this 🤷‍♂️. My brain has already started running wild fantasies, aka procrastination 🤦‍♂️, about possibilities of things that I can do after completing this 😌. I'm noting down the ideas, and a plan to create 15 shorts which will be kind of videos that will be funny and relatable...like we see on Instagram & YT shorts, just make it in animation 😏.


Also, coming off-topic, I've been recently looking into YouTube animators and thankfully YT's algo is showing me their videos 😮. I've already following Odd1sout and Alan Becker for 1½ years, and that quality video is the aim. Also, if you don't know about Vivienne Medrano, who is the creator of the Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss web(YouTube)-series, I'm following it and it's amazing adult animated stories, is really something to watch because I think, she (or her team Spindle Horse) hires many freelance animators, inhouse and produces content like TV shows level quality 👌.


And...a big AND, there is a whole community of Indian YouTube Animators, I thought only R.G. Bucket List and Lil Yash existed in this Indian YT but then slowly other similar YouTubers started popping out on my feed, I was totally shocked that world existed for a long time and I didn't know about 🤯...and I was like when the f* this happened 👀.

Seriously, for me that day, the Sun rose from the North. Damn, I really REALLY need to do something or I will be left out behind 😭...kind of FOMO started kicking in🤧. I need to speed up 😐…


I hope, HOPE 🤞, I will complete the 360 rig by next week. So stay with me to see progress. Definitely, making something good is the target now. Skill up, duh 💪🖌️
