Terms of Service for Art Commissions

GENERAL TERMS

Limited slots are open at a time. If slots are full, you will be added to a waiting list.

Fanart is permitted as long as it's not distributed.

When you post the commissioned artwork elsewhere, please tag/mention @vindrawins as artist.

PAYMENT

UPI (Gpay, Phonepe etc) and PAYPAL (outside India)

Payment is expected within 24 hours, unless otherwise discussed.

I do not accept e-check or mailed cash.

Never send payments without informing.

Depending upon complexity price will vary.

Possible Refunds

If you decide to cancel BEFORE i start working on your request.

If I cannot provide/finish the artwork for any reason.

I can only provide a refund if any of the above conditions are met. No refunds in any other case.

ART PROCESS

Flow of work (you can see your commission's progress bar on my trello list)

Price confirmation

30% upfront

Step 1: Sketch - I will do rough sketches of artwork. At this step you can request any type of changes, after this step you can only request minor changes.

Step 2 : Line art & refining lines (small changes accepted).

Step 3 : Color plan/rough color - you can request changes to the base colors (the sketch cannot be touched at this point).

Step 4 : Rendering & final image - no changes are possible at this stage.

Step 5 : I will provide low resolution image with watermark.

Step 6 : After paying remaining 70%, final piece will be delivered straight into your mail.

Deadlines

Artwork will be finished within week normally or may take 1-2 weeks depending upon complexity.

If you need me to meet a certain deadline, let me know in advance and I'll let you know whether I can make it or not under particular time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Decline of offer

The artist has rights to refuse any commission request, without needing to explain the reason (however, artist will explain the reason for decline).

Customer satisfaction

I will do everything I can to make my customer happy.

However, after commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.

Any big changes will come with extra charge, anything that makes me to redraw it completely.

Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for and I will try my best to make the work that you want.

I will not draw

NSFW

As a client you can: Upload the image to other networks but always giving me credit as the artist [with any link to my social media]

Print the image or make any type of merchandising, as long as it is for your personal use or a gift but never to sell, unless discussed

For personal use I have all the rights to the artwork, so I can use them in my portfolio and social profiles for example upload the image to my Instagram/Artstation/Deviantart portfolios, but you can tell me not to do it if you don’t want, also remember that these works help artist to get exposure.

You are not authorized to:

Delete my signature/watermark. (tell me to remove or not to add , this comes with additional charge, 50 INR)

What do you get?

Digital Illustration (there is no physical copy)

Full resolution image (< 6000 pixels)

Output:- High quality JPG/PNG/TIFF, PSD (if requested)

Save your Commissions

I'm not responsible for deleted or missing Commissions from my galleries.

Artist clean up their galleries every so often, so please if you care about your commissioned art you will SAVE them in you computer or privately on any site (Google photos/drive..etc).

You are not allowed to ask for a redo of your commissioned art for free.

IMPORTANT

Once you decide to commission me, you are agreeing to terms and conditions stated above. If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.
